Director

I am an Early Childhood Teacher, who have been working in the Early Childhood industry for the past 14 years. My personal teaching philosophy can be summarised in three key principles: "every child matters," "every family participates," and "every educator shares." I am a strong advocate for high-quality early childhood education and care services, where we prioritise upholding children's rights, actively seek and implement the ideas of families, and provide support and respect to educators. I employ a strengths-based approach when working with children, identifying and emphasising on their strengths rather than their deficiencies. I've extended this approach to my role as a centre director, believing that when our educators are well-supported and cared for by the management team, they are in a better mental state to provide the best care and education to the children. I firmly believe that a thriving workplace is not only about the tasks we perform but also about the relationships we nurture. As part of my commitment to this, I practice daily gratitude and seek a 1% improvement each day.
